The following was removed from the article as it is too much information on Robert and his son for inclusion as a child of William.


Robert and possibly Reginald may be the subjects of their own articles. But the information on Richard would need some proved relationship to William for inclusion. Thanks Bear♦patch talk 16:39, 17 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

Walter Devereux, Lord of Lyonshall, can't be William's son

"Walter Devereux, Lord of Lyonshall", is listed as one of William's children. But Walter's article is titled Walter Devereux (born 1173) and says his father was John Devereux (died 1187). Even John might have been too young to be one of William's children. Can the sources reveal the real line from William to Walter? Robin Patterson (talk) 21:59, 9 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
