Notability This article was previously deleted. I have not seen the version of the article that was deleted, but the reason given for deletion was that there was no content in the article to establish why the subject of the article was notable. This new version of the article states that the show stars Lisa Kudrow, an international celebrity and emmy award winning actress. It also lists a variety of other notable comedians who have appeared on the show. This alone meets the standards required for establishing notability. CouplandForever (talk) 01:57, 28 June 2009 (UTC)
- Late answer, just for completeness: You're nearly correct. More importantly for WP:N, the web series was multiply award-winning, highly discussed, and was discussed in multiple reliable sources over time. --Lexein (talk) 17:19, 13 October 2012 (UTC)
Merge proposal
editMuch of the material between these two articles is redundant; do we really need two articles that each describe how the character is doing this new form of therapy called web therapy, and etc.? Together with the article List of Web Therapy episodes, that makes three articles devoted to the same overlapping show. It would be much more efficient and logical to have one article for Web Therapy with a single overall description and separate sections for the web series and the show, not to mention less promotional-seeming than a plethora of articles. --Tenebrae (talk) 04:56, 1 August 2012 (UTC) se
- They are two different things, why should they be merged into one article?Caringtype1 (talk) 16:45, 13 October 2012 (UTC)
- As an example of why they should not be merged yet, see the question below. The web series and TV series are quite different beasts. This might all get easier when both series end, then all the dates can be sorted out cleanly. --Lexein (talk) 17:59, 13 October 2012 (UTC)
I've removed the tags for the merge proposal, as the discussion appears stale and there appears to be no consensus for a merge. Paul Erik (talk)(contribs) 03:05, 24 May 2013 (UTC)
How many seasons?
editThe sidebar says that this show has had 4 seasons but in the body of article it says that the second season is running in 2012. I know on TV, Showtime is airing Season 2 so this is very confusing. 69.125.134.86 (talk) 22:20, 29 August 2012 (UTC)
- This is why I oppose merging quite strongly. This article is about the 4 seasons of webisodes. There should really be no detail at all of the TV series seasons, since they are recut, replotted, and significantly reshot, and just are not the same animals. --Lexein (talk) 17:45, 13 October 2012 (UTC)
Reception
editCould we add a "Reception" section to this article? 76.189.135.48 (talk) 18:29, 9 November 2024 (UTC)
