Paul Bearer was only available for use as a character in season mode if not paired with Kane as his manager. This could be done by going into the "Create a Manager" section and disbanding the pair (also could be done for Stephanie McMahon [Triple H's valet], Tori [X-Pac's valet], and Trish Stratus [Val Venis' valet]).
