Shell Kinney removed the speedy deletion tag without any improvements, so I have added the importance tag. If no improvements occur, I will then nominate it for AfD[1]. It seems that the justification for keeping the article are academic--that the person has published some studies--but I don't think this meets the Notability (academic)[2] criteria.
