I've removed the current models section, as it incorrectly stated that the current VW Sharan/SEAT Alhambra are based on the MQB, when in fact it hasn't started being used yet. The first model to be based on this platform will be the new Audi A3 followed shortly afterwards bu the Golf mkVII--VMIKEW (talk) 14:53, 25 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

As I cannot cite the publication I'm referring to in the main article due to copyright restrictions I will say the following: on Google type "first model to be based on the MQB will be the Audi A3 volkswagenag.com" and then scroll down to find the PDF article titled "Volkswagen- The integrated automotive group" and then go to page 44.--VMIKEW (talk) 14:53, 25 January 2011 (UTC)Reply

I take it you mean the presentation "Volkswagen – The Integrated Automotive Group" by Winterkorn and Pötsch presented at the Royal Opera House, London, 3 February 2010? [1]. Yes, that seems like a reasonable reliable source to cite. Regards, Letdorf (talk) 19:52, 25 January 2011 (UTC).Reply
