1937–1944?

edit

@Zeete: What happened in 1937–1944 that made the house significant? This? "Company executive John McMurray had the house restored, "in colonial period", ..."? This point needs to be explained in the text and preferably the lead as well, as the reader needs to know why a 1750 house is being honored for something that happened in the 20th century. • The house was listed on the NRHP for its locally significant Colonial Revival architecture from 1937 to 1944, with details found in the referenced nomination form. The area of significance was architecture, not say history. The description section notes that it was remodeled by the Calco Chemical Company (executive John McMurray) between 1937 and 1944 using a 20th century Colonial Revival style.
