Hi, Staszek Lem, also Nihil novi, Piotrus, Kpalion, Volunteer Marek and Wikipedia:WikiProject Poland/Members. We have an interesting challenge here, please help us resolve this. – Would you know what is "uroczysko" in English? Perhaps high quality translations of works by Poland's national bards would help us establish its most appropriate translation.

It looks like this is purely Slavic term. because pl:Uroczysko+@slav is not exactly the same as de:Flurname+@german. The former is the term for a type of a geographich feature, while the latter is for a type of placename. Therefore I doubt there is a good Englisch term. A similar indefinite term in English is "Place", as in Park Place, Oregon, Portland Place, Aurora Place, Alberta, Woburn Place, etc., see All pages with titles containing Place.
