editRewording racial groups I think certain sentences could be reworded (re: "the Oakland Housing Authority established housing projects for blacks in West Oakland and whites in East Oakland") to use better terminology referring to racial groups, but I'm not sure how to change this. Objectivity
I think some sentences (re: The creation of the People of Color Greening Network (PCGN) in the 1990s was a pivotal moment for urban agriculture in West Oakland) could be reworded to reduce subjectivity.
