Ratings Versus Rankings Removal

I think that the section "Ratings Versus Rankings" should be removed as it seems not important to the overall Wikipedia page. Furthermore, it does not have any citations and seems to be attempting to justify UTR's existence. BajaChikn (talk) 06:21, 1 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
