Ethnic Heritage of Western European Volunteers?
editThe Majority of Western European Volunteers are probably Ukrainian Immigrants and not Native Western Europeans.--2003:E0:D741:F00:8527:98B5:70FD:25FC (talk) 06:53, 17 June 2019 (UTC)

Was Sheikh Mansur battalion really disbanded in September 2019?
editOn February 26 2022 during Kyiv offensive has been reported by Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty that Sheikh Mansur and Dzkokhar Dudayev Battalions participated in Battle of Kyiv and dafenended capital. If it is true, Sheikh Mansur battalion could not be disbanded in 2019 or the battalion has been again formed.
Citation: Two Chechen battalions named after Sheikh Mansur and Dzhokhar Dudayev are participating in the defense of Kyiv against Russian military forces. - https://www.kavkazr.com/a/zhivuschie-v-ukraine-urozhentsy-chechni-uchastvuyut-v-oborone-kieva/31724660.html

Radio Free Europe is the same source that reported the unit was disbanded in 2019. It is likely the battalion was reformed after the 2022 Russian Invasion of Ukraine. The Balkan Insight source reported they exist again in 2022. I'll edit the subsection to make the reforming clear. However, this article is specifically about Ukrainian volunteer battalions between 2014-2015 during the War in Donbas. If you want more information on the activities of foreign volunteers after the 2022 Russian invasion, you should see International Legion of Territorial Defense of Ukraine.--TulsaPoliticsFan (talk) 18:47, 24 March 2022 (UTC)

Updating
editIt appears to me that this article is, at best, very much out of date. I am certainly not qualified to update it, but shall be making shout-outs where it might reach people who are. Pedrofp (talk) 05:28, 10 August 2022 (UTC)
