Converted from redirect to ship index edit
There are two survey ships of the name USC&GS A D. Bache, so I converted this redirect to just one of them into a ship index reflecting the existence of two separate survey ships, plus a "see also" to the destroyer (USS Bache (DD-470)) with a similar name to eliminate all further confusion.
