- "With Sally's high intensity on approach, its impacts on Hong Kong were feared to be even worse than Typhoon Ruby, which had struck the region less than a week prior; 10,000 people were evacuated ahead of the storm and transportation services shut down." this is like a little awkward and wordy, the more I think about it. Change to "Due to fears of a repeat of Typhoon Ruby, which struck the region less than a week prior, 10,000 people were evacuated ahead of the storm". - The only mentions of a damage total in the infobox are $115K on Guam and $750K in property damage. Yet the infobox notes $1.365 million (which seems too specific, I usually round infobox damages to 3 sig figs). YE Pacific Hurricane
