Change of perspective

edit

I think it makes more sense if this article is written from the perspective of the parent company, not the 2012 San Franciscan startup. For example, the sentence: "after the acquisition, Hagai Tal was appointed as Taptica's CEO" makes no sense - Taptica was purchased by Marimedia (which later changed its name to Taptica), and Hagai Tal remained CEO throughout. I will modify the article in the coming days. AJ2265 (talk) 17:02, 8 May 2019 (UTC)Reply

Rebranded as Nexxen (NEXN publicly traded etc)

As stated in the edit summary, I only find a few press releases related to this. Can you provide a secondary reliable source about the rebranding? Also, please read WP:COI and WP:PAID and make the appropriate disclosure if applicable. --CNMall41 (talk) 22:48, 31 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
Sources stating rebrand that aren't press releases and have a named author and there's editorial oversight:

I will take a look in a little bit. Going to step away for a few so as not to react to your "stupid" comment. Keep in mind you are editing in a collaborative environment. If you are unable to do so without being WP:CIVIL, you will need to step away. I will also await your reply to the COI and PAID links I sent. --CNMall41 (talk) 22:58, 31 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
Not paid; no COI; I don't see that comment but I remember it referring to awards which you already got rid of everything that was there before.
Here's another source on the rebrand:

and

This is still probably the best source for it with an actual author and reliable source like Digiday:

Only one of those sources is acceptable. I want to WP:AGF but it is difficult to believe you do not have a COI as your editing is typical of someone who does. You DO REMEMBER that comment as you removed it in your last edit so let's not play games. I changed the name and moved the page. I will clean it up later for promotional tone. --CNMall41 (talk) 17:39, 1 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

Language such as "streamline the company narrative, and emphasize the comprehensive value of its offerings" is promotional. --CNMall41 (talk) 19:42, 3 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

Agree. Cut to: In 2023, Tremor International rebranded as Nexxen. The preceding and following sentences aren't promo. 47.195.33.14 (talk) 15:49, 4 August 2024 (UTC)Reply
