On second thoughts, when I tried to do the split, I realised the sections wouls not make viable articles as they stand. Mainly due to lack of references. I also discovered a 3rd treaty that had been commented out. I uncommented that treaty and replaced the split tag with a more appropriate tag.Op47 (talk) 15:49, 6 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
