The Act has disappeared from the government website, but that doesn't mean it has been repealed. Acts which were repealed after 1991 are still on the website. We know this Act was still in force in 1998 because it was amended by the Crime and Disorder Act. I will have an opportunity to check the Westlaw and LexisNexis websites later this week.
