TransAdelaide Services diagram edit

Tweaks edit
- AWS - fixed discussion re AWS used by TA - it is not an ATP or similar system
- The much Vaunted Electrification - Mike and his spinners have promised to do "investigations" - nothing signed until AFTER next election.
