Definite article edit
User:Stuart1234 has reverted my edit adding a definite article on the grounds that "according to manual of style Wikipedia:WikiProject Football/Players" there shouldn't be one. Ignoring the fact that is not a manual of style but "a suggested layout for footballer biographies", it says nothing about definite articles. That it has not been used before the name of the league is simply bad writing, redolent of cheap journalism. And, incidentally, rather than it being "so random/bizarre that you would only make the change on this article", I have made that addition in numerous articles, on a variety of topics!
