Not a credible entry. Obviously created by someone from the Times-Leader. Poorly cited and klutzy language. No one gives a hoot about who ran the Times-Leader - besides mid-level executives trying to distract internet-savvy recruiters. 74.45.230.226 (talk) 09:01, 4 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

History edit

In the early 1970s following mergers and discontinuance of the afternoon papers, it was known by the cumbersome name of The Times Leader Evening News Wilkes-Barre Record. I believe it was CapCities which simplified the name just before or after the strike. Bob305 (talk) 23:36, 10 July 2017 (UTC)Reply
