Not including all winners?

edit

I'm curious as to why only selected winners (assumably the most notable among them) are listed. Specifically, I'm wondering whether it would be "wrong" to list "non-notable" winners?

For the article Alfréd Rényi Prize, I listed all winners (including redlinks for many), with the assumption that having won the award would likely be sufficient evidence of notability. Perhaps I should go back and remove some of those redlinks. Justin W Smith talk/stalk 05:50, 7 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

I don't see a strong reason for not listing all winners. I didn't mainly because I was wary of wholesale copying from the main source. The ones I listed are the ones I've found an existing Wikipedia article for. But I probably missed some of those, even. —David Eppstein (talk) 06:04, 7 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
