A discussion is currently taking place at Talk:Konchem Istam Konchem Kastam#Requested move 8 May 2021. Let's keep the current titles for both the films until that discussion is resolves. I have found three sources to spell it as "Toliprema":

None of the above sources, except The Hans India are considered reliable per WP:ICTFFAQ. The Hans India, in their review, spell it "Tholi Prema." -- Ab207 (talk) 05:01, 15 May 2021 (UTC)
