  • Support uncontroversial move. The page was created when it was usual practice to capitalise all ranks on Wikipedia. Obviously one that's just slipped through the net. -- Necrothesp (talk) 11:01, 6 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
  • Support per MOS:CAPS, MOS:BIO (military and other titles are only capitalized when used with a specific person's name, e.g. Third Officer Jillian Chung).
