I believe this page contains misleading information. It lists Andy and Nick as current band members, citing a brief Twitter update as a source. I know there aren't enough sources, but it should be noted that both these men are also part of other musical projects, and Ryan has stated that he and Jon will be joined by touring members (not discounting, or approving, new members).

It also lists various artists as 'guest members' with no sources. Some of the listed members have assisted in the recording of their unreleased debut EP, but again haven't been announced as touring members (they themselves are part of already established bands).

Needs a total clean up. The band isn't even signed to any label. To say the album is 'predicted to be released in 2010' is redundant.Sippinonjuice (talk) 15:18, 29 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

This article will continue to grow. I just felt it was appropriate to create it today as today is the day the band started. This page is for the new project of half of a grammy-nominated band.

Ah, a band that has done exactly...NOTHING. Fails WP:BAND. Epic fail. WuhWuzDat 21:27, 28 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

I beg to differ. #6 Is a musician who has been a member of two or more independently notable ensembles, or an ensemble which contains two or more independently notable musicians. - the members of this band were once in Panic! At The Disco, which has been nominated for a Grammy and has sold over 2.2 million records and had an album debut at #2. and #1 Has been the subject of multiple non-trivial published works whose source is independent from the musician or ensemble itself and reliable. - The Young Veins has been spoken about in Rolling Stone, a major publication: http://www.rollingstone.com/rockdaily/index.php/2009/07/28/panic-at-the-disco-the-young-veins-debut-new-tracks/ —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mr Folie (talkcontribs) 21:32, 28 July 2009 (UTC) Not to mention that this band will undoubtedly continue to meet even more of the criteria as time goes on, a based upon the very positive reception thus far to their single and the album that they plan to release later this year, which will likely debut in the top 40 based on Panic! At The Disco's past performance and established fanbase. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mr Folie (talkcontribs) 21:44, 28 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

It's also of note that the band's one song, "Change," has garnered 52,627 plays on their MySpace page in less than 24 hours. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mr Folie (talkcontribs) 04:36, 29 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Please see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Yair Garfias for a deletion discussion regarding a musician who is claimed to be a bassist for The Young Veins. —David Eppstein (talk) 22:07, 28 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
