Locke seen by Hurley? edit

It's stated here that Locke is the man seen falling when Hurley was meeting with his investment banker. If that were true, since Locke has been paralyzed for four years, this means at least four years had gone by between Hurley winning the lottery and arriving on the island. Is that possible? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.21.161.197 (talkcontribs)

This has been disproven on the ABC podcast, though I have forgotten which one. —Hydrostatics 10:05, 22 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Description edit

Who wrote that description? They need some serious classes in punctuation and storytelling. And his name is Tom now, not Friendly. 205.235.34.131 18:16, 22 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

I noticed them and was editing the punctuation problems when you also did them. Noles1984 19:12, 22 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Locke's father? edit

"Inside the room, tied to a chair, gagged, looking terrified and roughed-up, is Locke's father" Hmm... at least it appears to be Lockes' father. We've seen a lot of relatives of survivors on the island, haven't we? And they aren't really relatives in most cases. Perhaps we should say, "appears to be Lockes' father" Perhaps we should just wait. :) Celedor15 00:48, 23 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

The picture... a spoiler? edit

Whoa... the picture, it's a bit too much of a spoiler, isn't it? 172.143.111.165 22:46, 24 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

I agree, actually. But then when you think about it, if you come to this page, it's a given that the ep will be spoiled. hippi ippi++++ 11:35, 25 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
Well, in theory. But I know with shows I watch on DVD, I often find myself at wikipedia's episode listing to see something like how many episodes I have to go, or titles (or in LOST's case, what flashbacks are coming up). I think it's a problem that so deep a spoiler is on the episode list page, where a glance would give it away. This page itself, people should know better. Chunkyrice 13 20:24, 25 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
Yes, it was a spoiler for me. Someone online made the comment, "The Man From Tallahassee was ruined for me", and I went to check wiki to find out what 'The Man From Tallahassee' is. If the picture was of *anything* else, I would've been fine. I would have read the first line, ""The Man from Tallahassee" is the thirteenth episode of the third season of Lost", and stopped there, having acquired the information I was after. I dont think it's a "given" that the episode will be spoiled, it should only be a given for those people who choose to scroll down and read the episode summary, not those who just want to find out the episode title/number/director, etc. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 210.56.70.17 (talkcontribs)
Well, yes, in theory, it's a given you've come to this page to be spoiled. But yes, it's a pretty big spoiler. Would you like to change the image? Oh, and do sign your comments. It's a rule around here. hippi ippi++++ 11:14, 27 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
Personally i think we should change the picture for the episode, and the one for Exposé too. Either that or place a spoiler warning on the episodes page. After all both of those pictures are huge spoilers for the episode. Luciferian56 04:07, 31 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Hurley did not see Locke fall edit

Regarding the trivia blerp about Hurley having seen Locke fall off a building, that's not possible since Hurley was meeting with his accountant in an office building at the time rather than an a luxury condominium. Also the man Hurley saw fall/jump fell face down, Locke fell face up. - Throw 04:49, 29 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Submarine "revealed"? edit

Doesn't really matter, but the trivia section claims this episode reveals that the Others had a submarine. I believe it was first revealed in "The Glass Ballerina" and mentioned several more times in later episodes. It might have been subtle, but certain Others, such as Tom, have mentioned the sub during and about their capture of the sailboat. I also think that Ben and maybe Juliet speak of the submarine not-so-subtly for Jack's escape means. -- Mac OS X 07:00, 4 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Do we really need so many "guest Stars" edit

We don't need so many people under guest stars do we? Most other shows put it under cast! this is the first show seen to do this. The don't have to be the cast for the series just the episode.--Wiggstar69 10:03, 7 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:Lost-TheManFromTallahassee.jpg edit

Image:Lost-TheManFromTallahassee.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Jack tells her he knows she slept with Sawyer ...? edit

Was this edited out of the DVD version? Because I just re-viewed it, not remembering anything other than Jack reminding Kate that she was the one who told him to trust The Others (and save Sawyer's life). There's a rather abrupt video edit there, but Jack doesn't say anything about having seen them in Sawyer's cage or knowing that they had sex.
