Rename to translation of Russian name? edit

I'm not up on WP:FILM's version of COMMONNAME, but is it really accurate to entitle this The Hobbit? Would the preferred be to translate the title into English, or is that not applicable because there isn't a standardised English title because all (thus far known) discussion is in Russian? Contrast with White Sun of the Desert which has been released and discussed in the English world. Thoughts? MatthewVanitas (talk) 19:45, 25 September 2012 (UTC)Reply

The translated title would be something like The Tale of the Hobbit Mr. Bilbo Baggins but I can't find anything from scratch that links this title to a Soviet film. And The Hobbit is a generic search term so we might want to leave it as is. De728631 (talk) 17:18, 8 October 2012 (UTC)Reply
