An Editor has suggested that the Archbishop was ordained Priest in 1990, and not 1991 as stated in the article. It is quite likely that this is a misunderstanding on the part of someone who doesn't understand that those ordained priest are previously ordained deacon, often the previous year - but if someone with access to records could double check, it would be helpful.
