what is the environmental quality of Swanage like?
--Broad question. The sea is the last place along the south coast with fairly clear water going eastwards. The beach has won a blue flag award several years. It is surrounded by countryside and I personally see very little litter.86.128.121.119 15:57, 4 September 2006 (UTC)
Climate data
editThe source given as the basis for the climate table in the article does not, as far as I can work out, provide the detailed figures stated. I cannot see where all these figures are sourced. Can someone provide some illumination? PaleCloudedWhite (talk) 19:52, 8 October 2013 (UTC)
Citation of Latin records
editFormer name of Swanage
I am unsure as to whether a source citation in Medieval Latin, ( and thus perhaps incomprehensible to the public at large) is an acceptable citation, and whether it is made more acceptable by including a rough translation, in the citation. — Preceding unsigned comment added by RH Simons (talk • contribs) 10:12, 2 February 2015 (UTC)

Singing fish???
editThere’s no source and nothing shows up at all on the internet for it...looks like vandalism?

- Yes it does seem a bit fishy to me too. I've had a trawl through the internet but strangely I've been unable to find anything about a world famous singing koi carp from Swanage. It's now been deleted. Barret (talk) 16:50, 11 September 2020 (UTC)
