What copyright violation has occurred? It's translated from the Portuguese Wikipedia, and an interlanguage link in an edit summary is sufficient to provide attribution according to WP:TFOLWP. Neither does it read like it was machine-translated. Impacts are clearly notable with significant coverage from BBC, Weather Channel, MercoPress, ABC News, France24, The Guardian, etc. FWIW the article currently uses only non-English sources (mostly Brazilian Portuguese and some Spanish) and can certainly be expanded further. ~ KN2731 {talk · contribs} 13:29, 21 May 2022 (UTC)Reply
