I added anchors so that the TOC will work. Some suggestions: a summary of the number of hospitals in the intro paragraph would be good (The American Hospital Directory should have a listing of these). Add some additional information like number of beds and when the hospital was founded. This will help make this more than just a directory and add substance. Are there former hospitals of historical not to list in another table. Are mental hospitals included? Then, you might put the entire list into a sortable table.
