The result of the move request was: Moved per nom, and retarget Sound of Silence (film) and The Sound of Silence (film) to point to the disambiguation page. I'm leaving Sounds of Silence (documentary) as a redirect to Sounds of Silence (2006 film), though, because as far as I can tell the other two are not documentaries. – The first film does not follow WP:NCFILM in how it should be disambiguated, which is with "film" or "year film". All three are also very similar spelling per WP:SMALLDETAILS, where a reader could type any one of the three for any of the films. I'm going to support the first two, but not the third. The presence or absence of an "A" or a "The" is exactly the situation that WP:SMALLDETAILS exists for IMO. While I'd certainly support the creation of the redirect in the third case, I don't believe it needs to be moved. --IJBall (contribs • talk) 14:44, 24 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

Oppose per WP:SMALLDETAILS and additional disambiguation in the titles is unnecessary since each could link to the other two (as well as the dab page) in the hatnote. I would support changing the disambiguation of the first one from "documentary" to "film". --В²C ☎ 19:16, 30 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

Support per nom. WP:SMALLDETAILS is an anti-reader hobby horse that only works for very notable subjects. Where 3 minor minor films are concerned helping the reader would mean recognizable titles per WP:CRITERIA. I've added posters to 2 of the 3 films as well.
