It would appear that User:LordHarris copied the majority of this article from the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography entry on Madden - copying it in such a way that in certain places continuity broken and inaccuracies appear. For example:
Wikipedia Article:

ODNB Entry:

The ommission is highlighted. From our article it would be reasonable to assume that Madden became First and Principle Naval Aide-de-Camp to King George V in 1919, when it didn't occur until 1922.
