In reference to copyright issues, some of the biography largely resembles the subject's web page because it is a near-minimal statement of the facts. In any case the source is cited. If necessary the copyright holder can donate the text.Starry Gordon (talk) 03:41, 7 February 2010 (UTC)

I believe the subject should be referred to as Latvian-American, since she lives and works in the United States and appears to be a permanent resident thereof (may now, in fact, be a citizen).
