Update? edit
This article appear to have been deeloped in 2009 or 2009. However, this 2013-10-17 article* says that the airport would be started in late 2013, while the article mentions a 2012 start (and mentions other developments to begin in 2009. 4-5 years later, the artle needs at least an update.
