Zeta statement on dismissal of recent lawsuits regarding Starks and Underwood [copied from Zeta Phi Beta article talkpage]
editCOURT DISMISSES LAWSUITS AGAINST ZETA PHI BETA
-RoBoTamice15:34, 31 December 2008 (UTC)
- Can this be verified with an independent source? —C.Fred (talk) 17:30, 31 December 2008 (UTC)
Hopefully so, but until then it should probably stay here on the talk page for discussion. I'm just tied up with a case at the moment, so I can't pull the Zeta case at this time. Of course, anyone else should feel free to find it. -RoBoTamice 19:46, 31 December 2008 (UTC)
- The information about Stark's lawsuit is already in the article ("Stark's claims for breach of contract and negligence were dismissed at a September 11, 2008 status conference"). The citation is provided. The information regarding the Sawyer lawsuit was released by Associated Press [1] and Black America Web [2], but the official court memorandum is not up yet. -- Absolon S. update website link? Old cybersquatted. New Sheryl website.
editThe person infobox at top of article says Sheryl's website is www.sherylunderwoodandfriends.com , but that domain seems to have been cybersquatted after 2010 March (latest legit version archived by Wayback on 2010 March). Checking that Sheryl domain at www.internic.net/whois.html says "Creation Date: 2003-11-03 ...". That Sheryl domain was added to article on 21 August 2008.
The Talk (talk show)'s website says show's Twitter is https://twitter.com/TheTalkCBS and TheTalk's Twitter says Shery's Twitter is https://twitter.com/SherylUnderwood , and that Sheryl Twitter says she is "... CEO of Pack Rat Production .." and website is http://www.packratproductionsinc.com/ . --EarthFurst (talk) 22:59, 2 July 2020 (UTC)
