Hi. Sorry for the possibly stupid question, but I added a review because the section was empty and someone's added a tag saying it needs to be completely re-written. Fair enough, I realize there is probably a set way of doing these things. However, the link goes to the manual of style which is approximately a million pages long and this talk page, which is empty.
