Xcuse me, what is the probability of "secure" and "Windows" occuring in the same sentence? The NSA itself produced and released a secured version of Linux because they felt Windows was hopeless. WinCE was written by the same people who produced the desktop/server line of Windows disasters. I do think this WinCE-driven info about this handheld cryptokey vault and loader device is intentional mislead.
