maybe this should have an IPA transcription of his surname because it's not clear how it's pronounced (I've looked it up and some people say ['meɪ.ər] and some people say ['mɑr]) 2.24.129.149 (talk) 10:46, 2 October 2011 (UTC)Reply

Before this becomes a slow back-and-forth revert process, the article cited, and I'm sure in a few others I've read and could relocate if asked, have quoted Maher as identifying himself as gay, not bisexual. The article referenced also quotes Maher as quoting one of his agents as encouraging him to present himself as bisexual upon being told that Maher was gay. I think that might be what this about? I'm not sure. But I've read on several occasions Maher specifically identifying as gay. Also, I removed the mention of a previous relationship with the casting director as there was no source and I could not immediately find one. ~Cheers, TenTonParasol20:02, 25 January 2014 (UTC)Reply
