Edit dispute: Basic info edit
Birth place of Newcastle, Wyoming has been removed by User:GB_fan citing it as unsourced. However the official IMDB bio page lists this as correct. TheFrank315 (talk) 14:15, 20 January 2018 (UTC)
- The information was not source. IMDB is not considered a reliable source for personal information. So it should not be reinstated without providing a reliable source. ~ GB fan 15:15, 20 January 2018 (UTC)
- Without a readily available alternative may I offer an argument for the validity of IMDB as a reliable source in this instance. Sean Covel's twitter account (as referenced in various articles online as being his despite not having the official blue verified tick) references his Instagram account which in turn links directly to his IMDB page. Would this suffice as a personal endorsement of the IMDB bio info from the person themselves about basic information regarding birth place? TheFrank315 (talk) 15:42, 20 January 2018 (UTC)

Edit dispute: Personal life edit
My update to the personal life section was removed by User:GB_fan citing it as opinion. I updated that the split between Sean Covel and his ex appeared to amicable citing a reputable news source which stated as much showing explicit proof via social media. This verifies this 'opinion' as reasonable fact especially given the qualifying 'appears to have been' statement and I would like to resubmit the edit to include the statement. - The source did not say the divorce was amicable. That is your opinion based on the fact that Covel congratulated Vega. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and we rely what secondary sources say about the subject. We do not draw conclusions based on what the sources say. ~ GB fan 15:18, 20 January 2018 (UTC)
