Dead Links
editRemoved a bunch of links that seem to have been dead for a while. Didn't think anyone would mind. Themill 06:47, 22 October 2006 (UTC)

Image copyright problem with Image:Solokhacomb.gif
editThe image Image:Solokhacomb.gif is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
- That this article is linked to from the image description page.

Questions
editCheck a few citations. Do the links work? Does the source support the claims in the article?
- There are only a few links in the references area. there seem to be a lot more information found in books that I cannot testify if they are reliable or not. The one link does not work because I may not have the software for it, but the others do and show reliable citations for information. The sources do support the claims in the articles, but I feel they should be more specific rather than citing the entire online text. The section that has further reading is very interesting because it has more links than the actual references. I would prefer to have a lot more references in this article due to the length of it alt=ready, there should be more.
Is everything in the article relevant to the article topic? Is there anything that distracted you?
- Reading through this article, the beginning kind of threw me off due to not actually talking about art or really referencing it. I know you are supposed to have a background, but that should be one of the subheadings. The main overview, which is the first thing people are reading, needs to grab more attention and not drift away from the main point. The beginning is more talking about history when it should go into more detail on the actual Scythian Art. going past that, the subheadings are a good start but a lot more can be added, like a background and history. most of the stuff in this article is very relevant to the topic, it just needs to be edited to the right subsections and areas in the article rather than bunched up into one section.
