Possible Basis of COD Zombie map "Kino der Toten" edit

A lot of the details seem to line up for this theater being the basis of the map Kino der Toten for Call of Duty: Black Ops (2010)

For example: The theater was operational before WWI. The theater was in occupied territory of Nazi Germany during WWII. This lines up with the details of the COD zombies storyline. The layout and design of the auditorium and lobby line up with the layout of the map pretty well. I heard the design is based off of the Central Park theater in Chicago, but the idea (and some design elements) of the map could be based of the Schiller Theater.
