What counts as the mausoleum? If it includes the part that has an entrance on St George's Road, then that entrance is/was to the Hanbury Arms pub - see http://www.beerintheevening.com/pubs/s/23/23532/Hanbury_Arms/Brighton. I've not heard of the "Brighton Arms". Also, the Bombay Bar is the part whose entrance is in Paston Place.
