Inadequate verification for early theatre work
editThe claims regarding Schulman's early theatre work are not adequately documented. Footnote 9 refers the reader to a biographical sketch found on the website of the AIDS Oral History Project, an organization co-founded by Schulman. Since the biographical sketch for this website was presumably written by Schulman herself, it does not provide independent verification of the claims regarding her early involvement in theatre. In particular, there is no verification of when she began to work in theatre. Did she actually begin her downtown theatre collaborations in 1979, as the Wikipedia article now states, and if so, what plays/performances did she work on in 1979 and thereafter? In 2010 Dunye and Schulman co-wrote a XXX Adult feature MOMMY IS COMING, produced by Jurgen Brunning and shot in Berlin that summer. The film is now in Post-Production.

POV problem
editSS is a controversial person and the article needs to report on criticisms that have been made of her activism.
She is said to be a professor at City University, an academic position. Does she have academic credentials ? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.243.139.42 (talk) 06:44, 24 November 2011 (UTC)
Interesting bio
editAs an example of a writer with a slew of fellowships, prizes, a long list of books, plays, but not a single work notable enough to inspire a fan to write a blue-linked article. It's actually a remarkable artifact.E.M.Gregory (talk) 20:24, 30 July 2015 (UTC)
Published Works - Nonfiction
editLet the Record Show is currently listed as published in 2012, but I think two of the digits are inverted and that this should be changed to 2021.
