According to WP:SELFPUB, a person's own website is not always a reliable source, e.g. if it "involve[s] claims about third parties". The following is currently only sourced to Davidson's own website:
- Columbia Graduate School of Journalism: I found a ref to "master's degree from Columbia University" in Applegate 1996, but nothing about being at their School of Journalism yet.
- Golden globe nomination for Quinn: not mentioned at [1], [2], or [3]. Third party: Hollywood Foreign Press Association. -- Jeandré (talk), 2009-06-09t11:20z

- Yes, and it's a real embarrassment to Wikipedia that the vandalism she corrected had been there not a few minutes, not a few hours, not a few days, but for over a week. And that in a BLP! +Angr 20:05, 18 June 2009 (UTC)

Dear Ms. Davidson:
I was told part of your book on Rock Hudson was edited due to a young woman who he wrote about and she did not want to be in his book. Is this true or fiction?
Sincerely, Kimberly CravenPittsburgh, Pennsylvania |
