How to scare away your readers
editThe first two sentences of this article make no sense. It is literally meaningless gabble. Yes, literally. The only thing that's intelligible from the first paragraph is "...leads...eventually to death." Everything else may as well be in ancient Egyptian. 05:26, 6 March 2012 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 129.3.139.40 (talk)
Possible HIPAA violation with attached image
editthis article had attached to it an image file which contained a test result for a patient diagnosed with Sandhoff disease. This test result form had patient information on it, as well as the test and diagnosis information as well. The last name was blacked out, but the first name, date of birth, medical record number, and other information was still visable. Although an effort was made to conceal the identity of the patient, the effort may have been insufficient.
I therefore deleted the image file, which can be restored pending a HIPAA violation review. Please ensure that the image file conforms to HIPAA statutes before any effort is made to restore the file. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.133.62.46 (talk) 20:56, 31 July 2012 (UTC)
