What is the purpose of this article? There is already an article Holy of Holies.
The title of an article should generally use the version of the name of the subject which is most common in the English language, as you would find it in reliable sources

- Tried to stretch out an article, but there probably isn't one here. Sancta Sanctorum should go off and be a separate page on the Lateran side chapel and take the Polish/Russian/Taiwan/Italian wikipedia interlinks with it. That just leaves a not super notable Latin phrase which has a wiktionary entry anyway. The Hindu ref is marginal, The German material can find no trace in WP:RS.
