Saltburn, Ross-shireSaltburn, Highland – As per WP:SCOTLANDPLACE, disambiguation for place names in Scotland should normally be by council area. We should only being using traditional forms like Ross-shire when the name of the council area would itself be ambiguous, which isn't the case here.
