Is it a channel or a programming block?

I don't understand if Sahar TV is a "channel", in the way that CNN is a "channel", or if Sahar TV is a programming block that airs in rotation with other programming blocks on a channel. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 15:05, 27 February 2014 (UTC)Reply
