Her father is Vijay Ghatge, not the actor Vijayendra Ghatge.

Her DOB is January 8, 1986 as per Internet Movie Database (IMDb). Can someone edit it. I can't find how to do the same.

She was not born in a Chiptavan Brahmin family but a Maratha Kunbi family. Ghatge are Maratha Kunbis, and not brahmins, idiots on wikipedia are bluffing people's caste to promote their own caste. Correct her caste right away. Shantanusingh10 (talk) 20:23, 26 April 2018 (UTC)

Ghatges are not Brahmins. Ghatge are Marathas, and Sagarika Ghatge is a Maratha Kunbi. Shahu Maharaj of KOlhapur is a forefather of Sagarika and Shahu Maharaj was a Maratha. Holkar are also Marathas. From Where did Marathas become Chiptavan Brahmins?

" - is incorrect. Sagarika is not the granddaughter of Sita Raje Ghatge, the daughter of Tukojirao Holkar III of Indore -  In this article (https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/entertainment/hindi/bollywood/news/mistaken-identity-for-sagarika-ghatge/articleshow/58381110.cms) it's clearly mentioned 

She clarifies, “I think the confusion continues to thrive because some websites have got it wrong. They have mistakenly mentioned Vijayendra Ghatge as my father, when in fact, he is my uncle (dad’s cousin). My father’s name is Vijaysinh Ghatge. Yes, we belong to the royal family, but while we are descendants of Shahu Maharaj of Kolhapur and members of the Kagal family, Vijayendra kaka’s mother belonged to the Holkar family.”

Sagrika is not related to holkar family of indore.

Contrary to popular belief sagarika ghatage is not related to holkar family of indore.

She herself many times cleared this fact to media.
