Inconsistencies
editThe tale speaks of an "Old Dutch" folktale, which is impossible since Old Dutch was long gone by the 16th century. However, the themes of the story definitely show pre-Christian elements. In fact, I think it wouldn't be a stretch to say the tale or its foundations are far older than the city of Saeftinghe. I remember hearing a similar tale about a completely different place.
Also, why is this article part of Project Belgium and not Project Netherlands? Bataaf van Oranje (Prinsgezinde) (talk) 11:58, 3 May 2016 (UTC)
