Night launch?

edit

A recent edit[1] gives that this was the last night launch. It was dark, but, according to the astronomers, it was not night.[2][3] The launch came during nautical twilight, which began at 6:16 A.M., then the launch was at 6:21, civil twilight began 6:44, and sunrise was 7:07. I find it only slightly peculiar (and certainly notable) that NASA includes this in a list of night launches[4]. NASA did not call it a night launch at the time. STS-123 was the last launch to happen outside of both day and twilight. Should we be more explicit with the wording? -- ke4roh (talk) 14:03, 8 May 2020 (UTC)Reply
