Being this page on mobile devices edit

While viewing this article on a phone, this causes the first photo to be displayed at the top of the page. This means that the second paragraph might cause confusion as it says that the photo is to the right. If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this then I would be glad hear it out. not satisfied with the "good enough so the rule applies" bit in the intro edit

I think we should find 1) someone with reasonable authority / expertise making that claim, and 2) someone else pointing out that the also-common-among-experts view that there really is no such rule but off-center composition is generally more dynamic, and this really has nothing to do with thirds at all, so saying that "the rule applies" is rather dubious.
